  2. This is a graphic editor for a new display format that achieves 14 colors  
  3. per scan line with no flickering.  Up to 9 of these colors can be changed  
  4. each line, which can produce some very colorful displays.  The format uses  
  5. continuous stuffing of the color registers, and redefinable PMGs. 
  6.
